Feel better on the inside

I partner with you in both healing and growth to help you feel like, well, you again.

How I can help

Together, we can find your inner compassion, courage, calm, clarity, creativity, and connectedness, without compromising the things that make you...you. Seeking help can feel vulnerable, and my approach is to move at your pace.

Individual Therapy

Find your center and learn to put your emotions in their rightful place. I use a type of therapy called Internal Family Systems (IFS). It can transform self-relationships, foster self-love, soothe anxious inner states, and promote inner peace.

Couples Therapy

For couples, I'll use a type of therapy called Intimacy From the Inside Out. I'll teach you to foster compassion for inner wounds, learn from past healing, and gain present control within your relationship.

I am a Tennessee native who loves spending time with family and friends in the mountains, on the lake, or relaxing at home.
I feel there is a clear relationship between physical and mental health. Mindfulness helps us focus attention on what is going on for us internally and externally. I love helping people become more present to the “right now.”

Hear from some of my amazing clients who have experienced growth and healing
"Amy is a warm and safe presence. She is skilled at helping to process hard and deep things with gentleness and insight. I always looked forward to our time together and left feeling like I had genuine support as well as good tools to grow."
Stacy
"I started working with Amy almost a year ago when I knew I needed to seek help for my anxiety and depression. I was unfamiliar with with IFS therapy at the time but I really believe it has given me a vocabulary and a process to work through difficult emotions."
Grace
"Working with Amy over the last 6 months has been a life changing experience. She has consistently held space for me during our IFS sessions while introducing me to many different parts of myself. Her guidance has deepened my relationships with family and friends but most importantly, my relationship with Self."
